 教育及研究经历:

 

1993.9 — 1997.7  山东大学化学系,理学学士学位

1997.9 — 2002.7  中国科学院理化技术研究所有机化学专业,理学博士学位   导师:佟振合院士,吴骊珠研究员

2003.9 — 2009.8 美国宾夕法尼亚大学化学系,博士后及研究助理 导师:Ivan J. Dmochowski 教授

2009.9 — 目前   北京大学药学院,天然药物与仿生药物国家重点实验室,课题组长。

 

主要研究领域:

  1. 核苷和寡聚核苷酸的结构修饰及功能调控
  2. 寡聚核苷酸荧光探针的合成及应用
  3. 新型纳米探针的合成,标记及其在肿瘤检测中的应用
  4. 新型小分子荧光探针的合成及其对生物活性小分子的检测和成像
