黄卓团队荣获第六届国际离子通道大会海报展示特等奖和三等奖

第六届国际离子通道大会于2017年6月23日至6月27日在山东省青岛市举行。此次会议吸引了来自来美国、英国、加拿大、日本、澳大利亚等20余个国家和地区的2500余位专家和学生参加，其中包括美国科学院院士Lily Y. Jan、Yuh Nung Jan 和Richard W Tsien。会议确定的主题涵盖了离子通道研究的各个层面，以主旨报告－大会报告－青年科学家专场－墙报等形式进行。

在此次会议中北京大学天然药物与仿生药物国家重点实验室黄卓团队展示了题目为“Reduction in functional ERG3-mediated currents facilitates the progression of temporal lobe epilepsy in mice”、“Epigenetic factor CDYL suppresses intrinsic neuronal excitability through regulation of axonal Nav1.6 sodium channels”、“Epigenetic factor CDYL suppresses epileptogenesis through repression of Axonal Nav1.6 channel expression ”和“Dopamine D2 receptors induce functional plasticity of modulation of Axonal Cav3.2 calcium channels in satellite cells of entorhinal cortex”的四张墙报，由此介绍了实验室的最新研究进展。其中硕士生萧阔的“Reduction in functional ERG3-mediated currents facilitates the progression of temporal lobe epilepsy in mice” 获得了在场专家的一致好评，荣获会议海报评比特等奖。赖世荣的“Epigenetic factor CDYL suppresses intrinsic neuronal excitability through regulation of axonal Nav1.6 sodium channels”荣获会议海报评比三等奖。 

黄卓特聘研究员从2008 年以来，一直从事颞叶癫痫的离子通道发病机制研究。在颞叶癫痫发病机制及其靶标发现领域积累了丰富的研究经验。相关成果以第一作者身份在 Nature Neuroscience、Nature Communication 和 Journal of neuroscience 等学术期刊上发表，累计影响因子 89.21。
