研究成果:
    已在
Chem. Commun.,J. Org. Chem., Org. Biomol. Chem., Bioorg. Med. Chem. Lett., Tetrahedron,等国际杂志发表文章四十余篇,申请多项专利。主持或参与多项国家自然科学基金项目,《哌嗪季铵盐类非成瘾性镇痛药物研究》获北京市科技进步二等奖,为第二完成人。

教学:   
    从事有机化学教学工作并
主持多项教改项目,参编译著《杂环化学》,编写多种《有机化学》教材。曾获北京大学药学院青年教师讲课比赛一等奖,北京大学青年教师讲课比赛三等奖,主持的基础有机化学》获北京大学医学部精品课程。
