个人简历

男,1966 年出生,北京大学教授、博士生导师。1984-1994 就读于北京大学化学系,获理学博士学位。1994-2000 分别在北京医科大学和 University of Kansas 做博士后,2000 起在北京大学药学院工作至今,教育部新世纪优秀人才,兼职AsBIC 执行委员会委员、中华预防医学会自由基医学会等学会委员,担任J. Rare EarthsChin. J. Pharm. Sci.J. Inorg. Biochem.编委。从事代谢性疾病相关的金属代谢和细胞信号转导机制研究,并基于ADMET/Act 整体策略设计和发现无机药物。近年来集中于抗糖尿病钒配合物的研究,在钒化合物药理机制和钒金属离子毒性控制方法方面取得主要进展。承担或参与了多项国家自然科学基金面上/青年/重点项目,科技部和教育部项目、北京市科技计划项目和方正创新药物基金项目等工作。发表同行评议的学术期刊论文一百多篇,授权中国发明专利5 项。获高校自然科学奖二等奖(2012 & 2013)。主讲北京大学精品课程---“医学基础化学”等本科和研究生课程,主编国家“十一五”和“十二五”规划教材共2 套。
