个人简历

男,1956 年出生。北京大学教授、博士生导师。曾任北京大学药学院化学生物学系主任。主要从事杂环化合物的合成及生物活性方面的研究,发现了一系列具有抗肿瘤和镇痛活性的化合物,其中有3 个已进入临床前研究。近年来,尤其在肽硼酸类蛋白酶体抑制剂和丙酮酸激酶PKM2 激动剂研究方面取得了显著成绩。
